The A Team Real Estate Professionals assist residents and newcomers to the Tri-Cities area with their real estate needs with professionalism and individualize service. Pam is a former teacher and coach, with a BS in education and business. She also has received the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certification for Internet Professionalism (e-Pro). Born and raised in Eastern Kentucky, Pam is a country girl at heart. She enjoys golfing, traveling, boating, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

Marsha has been a licensed REALTOR since 2004, Marsha puts her clients first and provides excellent customer service. With Marsha, clients become family. Marsha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table for her clients. Marsha is designated as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and earned her Virginia Broker's License in 2012 and her Tennessee Broker's License in 2013. Currently Marsha is the VA Principle Broker for A Team Professionals.
Locally, Marsha served on the Northeast Association of REALTORS (NETAR) Board of directors from 2012 to 2017, Secretary in 2013 and chairman of the Technology Task Force in 2011. Marsha served as President elected 2015, and President of Netar Board 2016. On a state level, Marsha served on the Professional Standards Committee from 2012 to 2017.
Marsha stays busy with her real estate business, but when she isn't serving her clients, she enjoys being with friends and family (or her very adorable grandchildren). Marsha loves to hike in beautiful East TN Mountain.
James has been serving real estate clients since 2004 and holds a Tennessee Associate’s Broker Real Estate License.
James attended Tennessee Tech and the University of Tennessee. He graduated from Tusculum College with an Associate’s Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management.
James currently serves on the Rogersville Main Street Committee, the Beautification Program and volunteers with several additional community programs. Formerly, James served as a volunteer firefighter and as the chaplain of Surgoinsville Volunteer Fire Department. James is the Treasurer of the Surgoinsville Medical Board and is active with First United Methodist Church of Surgoinsville, TN. James loves his community and serving others.
Caroline Conley Buck
Caroline Conley Buck is a native of Jonesborough where she grew up as a part of the fourth generation on her family’s farm, Sayland Dairy. Caroline graduated from Daniel Boone High School and went on to earn her B.A. and M.S. from the University of Tennessee. Immediately following graduation, she began teaching Kindergarten for Washington County Schools at Ridgeview, where she still currently teaches. She joined A Team Real Estate Professionals in January 2017 and loves building relationships with her clients while assisting in their real estate needs.
Caroline loves this community and serving the people in it. In addition to teaching at Ridgeview Elementary, Caroline assists with coaching the Boone boys middle school soccer team and is an active member of Boones Creek Christian Church.
Caroline and her husband Adam reside in Gray with their two daughters, Gabriella and Camilla. They love spending time with family and friends, traveling, and sports (Go Vols!)!
Carol is a native of Catawissa, Pennsylvania, but considers East Tennessee and Kingsport “Home”. Carol has a substantial background in real estate, with over 17 years of experience. She holds a State Real Estate License in Tennessee and Virginia and holds the Certified Residential Special (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Graduate Realty Institute (GRI) designations which are notable real estate hallmarks.
Carol is dedicated to helping people relocate from all over the country and abroad. She has served the community throughout the years by mentoring families and individuals on financial and home economics. Carol loves Kingsport and tells everyone that it offers a competitive work force, first-class and award winning schools, fun sport activities for families, and a moderate climate with traditional seasons.
Carol has 4 grown children and multiple grandchildren of which she enjoys spending time with. And she enjoys serving through her church.
Emily was born and raised in Jonesborough, TN and graduated from Daniel Boone High School. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from East Tennessee State University. After graduation, Emily became a Tennessee Licensed Realtor and enjoys using her education in marketing to provide her real estate clientele with all of the information that is needed for a positive outcome in their real estate needs. She prides herself in helping her clients find the right property to fit their wants and needs.
Emily enjoys volunteering and serving in her community with organizations such as Girls On the Run which helps girls gain strength and confidence and with East Tennessee Youth Outdoors, which introduces and educates youth to learn about and enjoy the great outdoors.
Emily and her husband Brandon enjoy traveling, cooking, being outdoors, and of course, sports, especially University of Tennessee Football.
Kathy grew up in Scott County, Virginia. She is a graduate of Rye Cove High School and Mountain Empire Community College. Prior to her real estate career, Kathy worked at Eastman Chemical Company until her retirement.
Kathy has been a Realtor for over 8 years and enjoys helping people in their journey of buying real estate. Kathy puts her heart into helping her clients through the entire process of their transaction. She does what it takes to remove as much stress as possible for her clients in their buying and selling process and she works hard to ensure the most positive outcome for everyone involved.
Kathy loves living in Kingsport with her husband Danny and their grandchildren, Andrew and Allison.
Brian is a genuine “people person.” Brian is a native of Hawkins County, TN and grew up in Rogersville. Prior to his real estate career, Brian was a part of the sales team at Phil Bachman Honda and enjoyed serving the people of Kingsport and surrounding areas. In 2006, Brian began his real estate career with Givens Nelson Realty in Rogersville, TN as an Affiliate Broker before working with A Team Real Estate Professionals.
Brian is known by his clients for his loyalty, accessibility, enthusiasm, and willingness to tend to the needs of his individual clientele.
Brian is married to his wife Jamie, a nurse practitioner. Brian and Jamie live in Kingsport and have two children, Zoe and Connor. Brian enjoys spending time with family and attending their extracurricular activities and events.
Alicia is a licensed Realtor in Virginia and Tennessee. While living in Virginia all her life and working in both states, she feels at home with helping clients find their perfect home in Tennessee and Virginia. She first graduated from Mountain Empire Community College in Big Stone Gap, Va. She then earned a degree from East Tennessee State University. She obtained her Real Estate education with D & D Real Estate School and continues her education as a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and Northeast Association of Realtors. Alicia’s professional life has been in social work and sales. She believes sales, especially real estate, is as much a service driven profession as social work which was her original love. Her desire is to educate her clients and give them peace of mind as well as a new home.
While working full time in Real Estate, Alicia also has a full life at home. She is married to her college sweet-heart David. They enjoy raising their 3 children together as well as their 2 dogs and 2 cats. Alicia also makes it a top priority to serve her community and her church. In her free time Alicia loves to travel, listen to music, and take every opportunity to laugh and enjoy the life she has been blessed with.
Dave Smith is a native of the Tri-Cities area. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration and Economics at King College and is a member of the basketball Hall of Fame. He has over 22 years of sales experience at the executive level with nationally known companies.

Chelsie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Carson-Newman University with a degree in Interior Design. She has spent her career in sales and marketing focusing solely on meeting the needs of her customers and exceeding their expectations whenever possible. Her impassioned training and experience will provide peace of mind to her clients with individualized techniques for selling their home. Living in the Tri-Cities all of her life, she is enthusiastic about all it has to offer and looks forward to sharing that with potential buyers!
From an early age she was taught the importance of integrity, hard work, and commitment and this shines through her daily. She prides herself in providing excellent customer service while truly making an effectual difference in her clients experience. Josef was born and raised in Kingsport, TN, and attended Dobyns-Bennett High School. He joined A Team in March of 2019. He had worked for Kingsport City Schools and the Kingsport Boys and Girls Club before launching his real estate career.
Josef credits his experiences in sports that led to his loyalty and competitiveness for his clients. He is willing to work with anyone, anytime, anywhere.
Josef currently lives in Kingsport, TN with his wife, Ashley, their son, Jackson, and another son that will be here in October.
Josh is a life-long resident of the Kingsport area. After years of working in electrical maintenance, he decided to make a career change to real estate. In his spare time he loves to hike, canoe and work in the garden. He cares about the wants and needs of people. Josh enjoys living in Kingsport with his wife, Sabrina and their three daughters Emma, Lily and Clara.
Amber was born and raised in Johnson City and graduated from Daniel Boone High School. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology from East Tennessee University. Amber resides in Duffield, Virginia with her husband Daniel and their fur-children. They have been married since 2010.
Amber has 20 years of retail experience, and her goal with every transaction is to excel beyond her client's expectations. With lots of experience in difficult situations, Amber considers herself a problem solver and loves a challenge. Amber joined A Team Real Estate Professionals in November 2020.
In her free time, Amber enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She has an extensive collection of plants that she enjoys tending to. She also enjoys live music and swimming.
Shelly is a Kingsport native and graduated from Sullivan South High School. She attended East Tennessee State University where she was a member of the ETSU Cheerleading Squad and a Member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and received her Bachelor of Science Degree. After receiving her degree, Shelly began her career in social work. Her real estate career soon followed. Shelly enjoys helping first time home buyers as well as seasoned buyers.
Shelly and her husband Brandon live in Kingsport with their three children, Madison, Hadley, and their newest addition, Ty.

Raised just outside of Asheville, North Carolina, Amy understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of life in the Tri-Cities Area, with its unmatched beauty and many outdoor activities! She has knowledge in all aspects of the real estate process, having started in the administrative field and then moving on to Operations. She has worked in the Real Estate industry for five years as a Realtor and transaction coordinator. Prior to joining the real estate world, Amy’s professional life was in the Medical Field.
She has two children Colby and Megan and 3 Fur-babies. While working full time in Real Estate, Amy also has a rich and full life at home. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, weekends at the lake, loves spending time outdoors and shares a love of horses with her father.
Alissa is originally from Pennsylvania and relocated to Tennessee for her husband's work with her two boys in 2013. Since then, they have enjoyed living here in East Tennessee and taking advantage of all it has to offer. Alissa and her family enjoy traveling, anything outdoors and spending time relaxing at home.
Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, she worked in an Adult Level 1 Hospital on their Pediatric Unit. This is where she learned the importance of teamwork, attention to detail and her ability to problem solve quickly. The most important of all is her commitment to customer service and always treating her clients like family is both a guiding principle and a way of life for her.

Liz Calton was born and raised in East Tennessee. Excited to get into the real estate business, Liz has fantastic customer service skills and loves to meet new people. Liz loves her community and hopes to be able to continue to grow and learn as her career advances.
Liz enjoys helping people, and is committed to listening to her clients wants and needs. Liz is patient and friendly, as well as detail oriented and punctual. Coming from a family with a self owned business, Liz knows the importance of these skills and has been taught from an early age about success. This has carried over into her adult life and has helped make her into the driven individual she is today.
Liz is a single mother to two fantastic boys, as well as a special aunt to two more boys and a wonderful niece. Her biggest passions are children and animals. Liz spends her free time doing activities involving her children and pets, cooking and baking, and spending time outdoors. Liz has been an avid vegetarian for 15 years and enjoys finding alternate ways to enjoy home baked foods.
Laura is originally from North Carolina, and moved to East Tennessee over 36 years ago, primarily living in Kingsport and Johnson City. Enthusiastically pursuing her lifelong interest in real estate, Laura is passionate and dedicated to her real estate career. Having bought, sold, and built several houses of her own in the past years, she understands the challenges of helping people find the perfect home of their dreams. She works tirelessly on her clients’ behalf with professionalism, the utmost care, attention to detail, diligence, trust, and integrity. Providing her clients with customer service that is second to none is her first priority.
Laura values education. To be better equipped to serve clients, she has earned additional certifications from the National Association of Realtors – C23X (Committed to Excellence), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), and AHWD (At Home With Diversity). With a Bachelor of Music in Organ Performance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Laura has enjoyed an extensive career serving churches in NC and TN in church music ministry and teaching piano. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, including 4 grandchildren. Her hobbies include sewing, quilting, knitting, and reading.
Tracy Taylor Marshall
Tracy Marshall is a native of Scott County, Virginia. She grew up on a small tobacco and cattle farm in Nickelsville. She is a graduate of Twin Springs High School and also a graduate of the University of Virginia at Wise with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology/Sociology. For the past 15 years she has served as a successful educator in the Hawkins County School System. Tracy currently resides in Church Hill Tennessee. Raising her children, Sarah and Seth, have been the joy of her life. As an avid outdoors person, Tracy enjoys taking in the beautiful scenery of Southwest Virginia and East Tennessee while hiking, biking, kayaking, trap shooting and fishing.
