Pam is a former teacher and coach, with a BS in education and business. She also has received the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certification for Internet Professionalism (e-Pro). Born and raised in Eastern Kentucky, Pam is a country girl at heart. She enjoys golfing, traveling, boating, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

Marsha has been a licensed REALTOR since 2004, Marsha puts her clients first and provides excellent customer service. For Marsha her clients to her become family. Marsha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table for her clients. Marsha has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation and her Virginia Broker’s License in 2012, her Tennessee Broker’s License in 2013.
Locally, Marsha serves on the Northeast Association of REALTORS (NETAR) Board of directors and has since 2012, she was secretary in 2013 and chairman of the Technology Task Force in 2011. On a state level, Marsha is currently on the board of Directors of the Eat Tennessee Association of REALTORS and serves on the Professional Standards Committee.
Marsha stays busy with her real estate business, but when she isn’t serving her clients or on a board, she enjoys being with friends and family (or her very adorable grandchildren). Marsha loves to hike in beautiful East TN; her favorite trail is Roan Mountain, Carver’s Gap Trail.
James has been serving real estate clients since 2004 and holds a Tennessee Associate’s Broker Real Estate License.
James attended Tennessee Tech and the University of Tennessee. He graduated from Tusculum College with an Associate’s Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management.
James is currently serves on the Rogersville Main Street Committee, the Beautification Program and volunteers with several additional community programs. Formerly, James served as a volunteer firefighter and as the chaplain of Surgoinsville Volunteer Fire Department. James is the Treasurer of the Surgoinsville Medical Board and is active with First United Methodist Church of Surgoinsville, TN. James loves community and serving others.
Caroline Conley is a native of Jonesborough where she grew up on her family farm. Caroline graduated from Daniel Boone High School and went on to earn her B.A. and M.S. from the University of Tennessee. Immediately following graduation, she began teaching Kindergarten for Washington County Schools at Ridgeview, where she still currently teaches and coaches the soccer team. She joined A Team Real Estate Professionals in January 2017 and is dedicated to helping you find your dream home.
Carol is a native of Catawissa, Pennsylvania, but considers East Tennessee and Kingsport “Home”. Carol has a substantial background in real estate, with over 17 years of experience. She holds a State Real Estate License in Tennessee and Virginia as well as Certified Residential Special (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Graduate Realty Institute (GRI) designation which is a real estate hallmark.
Carol is dedicated to helping people relocate from all over the country and abroad. She has served the community throughout the years by mentoring families and individuals on financial and home economics. Carol loves Kingsport and tells everyone that it offers competitive work force, first-class and award winning schools. sports for families and offers a moderate climate with traditional seasons.
Carol has 4 grown children and multiple grandchildren of which she enjoys spending time with. And she enjoys serving through her church.
Emily was born and raised in Jonesborough, TN and graduated from Daniel Boone High School. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from East Tennessee State University. Upon graduation for E.T.S.U. Emily, became a Tennessee Licensed Realtor and enjoys using her education in marketing and her experiences to provide her real estate clientele with all of the information that is needed for a positive outcome in their real estate needs. She prides herself in helping her clients find the right property to fit their wants and needs.
Emily enjoys volunteering and serving in her community with such organizations as Girls On the Run which helps girls gain strength and confidence and with East Tennessee Youth Outdoors, which introduces and educates youth to learn about and enjoy the great outdoors.
Emily and her husband, Brandon enjoy traveling, cooking, being outdoors and of course sports, especially the University of Tennessee Football.
Kathy grew up in Scott County, Virginia. She is a graduate if Rye Cove High School and Mountain Empire Community College. Prior to her real estate career, Kathy worked at Eastman Chemical Company until her retirement.
Kathy has been a Realtor for over 8 years and enjoys helping people in their journey of buying real estate. Kathy puts her heart into helping her clients through the entire process of their transaction. She does what it takes to remove as much stress as possible for her clients in their buying and selling process as well as works hard to ensure the most positive outcome for everyone involved.
Kathy loves living in Kingsport with her husband, Danny and their grandchildren, Andrew and Allison.
Brian is a genuine “people person”. Brian is a native of Hawkins County, TN and grew up in Rogersville. Prior to his real estate career, Brian was a part of the sales team at Phil Bachman Honda and enjoyed serving the people of Kingsport and surrounding areas. In 2006, Brian began his real estate career with Givens Nelson Realty in Rogersville, TN as an Affiliate Broker, before working with A Team Real Estate Professionals.
Brian is known by his clients for his loyalty, accessibility, enthusiasm and willingness to the needs of his individual clientele.
Brian is married to his wife Jamie, a nurse practitioner. Brian and Jamie live in Kingsport and have two children, Zoe and Connor. Brian enjoys spending time with family and attending their extracurricular activities and events.
Alicia is a licensed Realtor in Virginia and Tennessee. While living in Virginia all her life and working in both states, she feels at home with helping clients find their perfect home in Tennessee and Virginia. She first graduated from Mountain Empire Community College in Big Stone Gap, Va. She then earned a degree from East Tennessee State University. She obtained her Real Estate education with D & D Real Estate School and continues her education as a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and Northeast Association of Realtors. Alicia’s professional life has been in social work and sales. She believes sales, especially real estate, is as much a service driven profession as social work which was her original love. . Her desire is to educate her clients and give them peace of mind as well as a new home.
While working full time in Real Estate, Alicia also has a full life at home. She is married to her college sweet-heart David. They enjoy raising their 3 children together, as well as their 2 dogs and 2 cats. Alicia also makes it a top priority to serve her community and her church. In her free time Alicia loves to travel, listen to music, and take every opportunity to laugh and enjoy the life she has been blessed with.
After receiving her business degree from VA Tech and her master’s in teaching from East Tennessee State University, Kristina relocated to the Tri-Cities and began a teaching/coaching career. She left teaching to stay home and raise her children then re-entered the job market in October of 2008 as a Realtor. She is a top full time Realtor serving the entire Tri-Cities area and Southwest Virginia.

Lisa has been a resident of Kingsport since 1998 and considers the "Trill-Cities" her home. Having grown up in the Tri Cities, Leslie sincerely loves and enjoys all that this wonderful part of our world has to offer! After attending elementary, middle, and high school in Kingsport, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Carson-Newman University and accomplished post-graduate work with both Carson-Newman University and Union College and taught for many years all over East Tennessee. She is a busy mom to two young adults, Emily and Nicholas, and her menagerie of two dogs, Snickers and Boone, and her cat, Lily.

Keri has been a Real Estate Professional since 1993. The Sunshine state is where her career first took off in her home town of Delray Beach. At a young age she experienced great success selling newly developed homes then later found her passion for buying and flipping homes and investing in rental properties.
After getting married and starting a family Keri and her husband Greg decided they wanted to raise their girls here in Tri-Cities Tennessee where their children would benefit from the exceptional public schools this region has to offer. Since moving here in 2006 they have truly been able to “Simplify”. They have fallen in love with farm life where they enjoy raising their chickens, a pony, and a spotted donkey named Cracker Jack. Shelly is a Kingsport native and graduated from Sullivan South High School. She attended East Tennessee State University where she was a member of the ETSU Cheerleading Squad and a Member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and received her Bachelor of Science Degree. After receiving her degree, Shelly began her career in social work. Her real estate career soon followed. Shelly enjoys helping first time home buyers as well as seasoned buyers.
Shelly and her husband, Brandon live in Kingsport with their three children, Madison, Hadley and their newest addition, Ty to their growing family.
Leslie moved to Tennessee five years ago after graduating from UNCW with her Psychology degree. Tennessee has always been home to her, with both her parents graduating from UT and majority of her extended family still living in the area. Having a large family, Leslie grew up learning how important family is; she learned respect, compassion, empathy, and what truly turns a house into a home. Leslie started her career working at the Medical Center for the last 5 years, gaining experience in customer service, patient satisfaction, and having committee leadership roles. In her down time, she has always had a passion for homes, interior design and remodeling.
